operates fine but when I go to Internet Service Manager. It does nothing. I have went through the installation process and verified it is installed but I can not access to create anthing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Anonymous,

The first thing I would check is to ensure that the "IIS Admin" service is
running. That is really the only thing that needs to be running correctly
in order for the ISM to work. If the service is disabled for some reason
that will cause problems. Also, check the Event log for any errors relating
to IIS. If there are some, open each one, press the copy button and paste
the errors here.
