Yes, if you will have more than 10 concurrent connection, then you should
move it to a server.

There is no way to increase the limit with IIS on Windows NT Workstation,
Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional.

Increasing the limit is a violation of your licence agreement (as the
warning states).
