You don't. But these will help:

Running mutiple web sites on a single IP address:
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.iisanswers.com/Top10FAQ/t10-hostheaders.htm" target="_blank">http://www.iisanswers.com/Top10FAQ/t10-hostheaders.htm</a>
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.iisanswers.com/articles/dns_for_iis.htm" target="_blank">http://www.iisanswers.com/articles/dns_for_iis.htm</a>

Note that you need a server OS to do this.

Hello Drabee,

I think I understand what you are asking for: How can you host multiple
domains from one IP address? The answer is host headers.

You can find more information about host headers in the IIS help file or by
reviewing this information:

190008 HOW TO: Use Host Header Names to Host Multiple Sites from One IP
Address
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=190008
