I have tried all sorts of settings for the listen setting, all of them have
produced the same general error. (replace localhost) with whatever IP I am
trying at the time.

I have a DSL modem hooked directly into the Network Port on the PC. I have
tried using the network cards IP, then I tried the IP assigned to the DSL
modem connection. I also tried 127.0.0.1 but nothing has worked.
I had previously installed a freeware product that gave HTTP service but no
CGI. Just installed it and it ran, no problem, even worked with my
****.dnsalias.com address.
