Yes, it will likely reduce your rates by wuite a bit.....The reason rates
are so high for online transactions is because of the risk involved with
Card Not Present transactions.....
Why run with old technology like a trundle through imprinter?.....You're
likely to get even lower rates if you use modern equipment that your
merchant bank can supply to you......You can get mobile PDQ terminals now,
which connect back using mobile phone technology......
The banks introduced the new systems such as "Chip and Pin" for a
reason.....If they see that you're willing to take advantage of such
security features, the they're more likely to drop your rates even
further.....
