We had a guy here who wrote a book exposing US/CIA involvement in a
telecommunications monitoring station. Just prior to the book being
published his flat was broken into. What they didn't know was the owner has
(external) video surveilence. Caught the whole thing on tape:-)

Result? His door was kicked in and some SIS people accompanyed by what was
latter identified as US personel (read CIA) grabbed him and took him to an
unknown destination. Some time latter he appeared in court (in camera)
charged with assult and breach of some little know law. He was latter
exonerated by the high court and received a public appology and
compensation - point is, it can happen.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
