w3wp.exe service maxing out on sbs 2003 server

Hi

we have an internal SQL/ASP application. I am finding that both the
SQlserver.exe and the w3wp.exe process are both maxing out the server. The
server is a new HP ML310 with p4 2.8 ghz processor and 2GB ram. We only have
7 users using the system.

Any Ideas how i can work out whats going on.

You can use SQL Server Profiler to work out what's going in SQL Server

You can use IISState to work out what's going on with IIS:
