If you are running in Worker Process Isolation mode (ie IIS 6 "native
mode"), then you should see a w3wp.exe for each application pool that you
have running. In task manager, make sure that you have the "Show tasks from
all users" checkbox selected.
If you are running in IIS v5 Isolation Mode, then if the website is set for
medium or high isolation you should see dllhost.exe. If you are running in
low isolation, then the application is loaded inside the inetinfo.exe
process
