Is there an easy tool that will allow non-admins on my intranet to view IIS

Unfortunately, to be able to fully administer web sites, you must have
administrative rights.

I don't want to fully administer the sites, I just want users to be able to
view IIS websites/settings. Is this possible? Thanks!
