is it possible to write apache2 module to serve vhosts from mysql?

i know there are some modules but they serve only limited directives
like document_root, server_name

i want to serve for each vhost other directives
f.example:
related to php - flags,
Directoryindex
Alias
ScriptAlias

etc.
