Hello All,

  How can I configure Apache to use a DIFFERENT upload directory?
OR, allow .php to override Apache's default upload dir of /tmp?

Apache doesn't know anything about it, configure PHP.

Well, I did...that is the problem, no matter what I specify for the
upload directory in .php, uploads still go to /tmp.

Did you restart Apache after editing php.ini ?<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
