i have all sites in iis 5.0 and i want upgrade for win2003Server
how i upgrade for another computer with a tools software ?

If you upgrade your OS to Win2003 server you IIS will be upgraded.
If you can upgrade WinXP tools to IIS 6 let me know. I have been finding a
way all this while.

IIS5 Mode in IIS6 - Here is the sitch. Our current architecture has Web and App server seperated. All COM's on one server and all HTML, ASP, etc on the other server. We are building an IIS6 environment combining these again. My question relates to the IIS isloation..
