can we upgrade IIS 5.x to IIS 6.0 in Windows 2000 Pro?

px, I couldn't see it explictly mention IIS 6 only runs on Win 2003. In the
meantime, I couldn't find the information on IIS 5.0 to IIS 6.0 upgrade in
Win 2000 machine.

Any references? Please advise. thanks!!

This KB Article implicity tells you that IIS 6.0 is only running on
Windows Server 2003:
