Post subject: transfer Domain to Better host ... but networksolutions problems...
Archived from groups: alt>www>webmaster (more info?)

hi all,
just setup an account with hostdiscount.net for my domain. Since
hostdiscount includes free domain registration they tried to transfer my
domain to his registrar. OK Fine! Smile
Problem: I have still the old e-mail address on Networksolutions and the
confirmation e-mail from hostdiscount bounced back since the adress is not
working anymore (it was an adress from my old ISP)
I already faxed/e-mailed to NWS tell them my new e-mail adress but no
response.
Is there any other way to contact networksolution ?

Thanks
steve

You should log in to your Network Solution (or is it Verisign?)
account and change the contact info. Then make the switch.

Otherwise, good luck!

Look on their site - there is a toll-free number to call. Find out by phone
exactly what proof of ID they need, then follow their instructions exactly.
I never got anywhere by emailing NS (when they were my registrar).
