trailing slash + extension

Hi there,

I have a site where everything is reWRITTEN to index.php?request
Only that url stays hidden from the visitor.

Now i need to have a htaccess rewrite rule that reDIRECTS all urls that
don't end on a slash or on .html to the url with trailing slash.
Requested files don't actually exist, but are rewritten as i said.
I tried a lot, but don't seem to be able tom combine a slash with the
extension in 1 rule.

Any help would be great!
