Well, you can make the process non-automated. In other words, people must
contact you via email to ask for a website. You can also ask for proof that
they are a non-profit organization (Articles of Incorporation and
Registration Number for the organization with their state). You can also
warn them that if their site is NOT related to a non-profit organization it
will be deleted immediately. Then all you have to do is check out their
websites.
