IIS stops responding

Hello,
I get 'Mozilla/4.75+[de]C-CCK-MCD+QXW0325g++(WinNT;+U)' as
user agent in my iis log files. And after that i find my
iis web-server stops responding. 1stly that user-agent is
not known to me but coz of concern is why the iis stopped
responding?? Could anybody throw some light on it??

If your server is crashing or hanging you might want to
