Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

have dns and static IP and trying to get apache to run but a dos type error
screen comes up with error 32548 (no listening sockets available)?? gone to
error logs but they do not pinpoint problem I looking for direction to
solve the problem??
running xp
