Reboot. zThen reinstall IIS through Add\Remove Windows Components. =
Make sure you install all that is in that section. You should have in =
your Network settings under local area connection properties Client for =
Microsoft Networks and File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks.=20

But I can not see "World Wide Web Publishing Service".
