Why dont you outsource what you are looking for to a professional
internet marketing agency so they can handle work on this with you and
deliver bottom line results? I went to 3day.com and like the site but
before you look for a market where you can place your banner ads, are
you even doing search engine marketing at this time?

No, there isn't a standard ctr because each creative banner evokes a
different response from customers. For example, does each car
dealership commercial on tv give you the exact same feeling? A
skyscraper or a button differ, their creatives differ. I could make
other suggestions if I had time, but, im at work at my job in internet
marketing.
