I want to setup a new domain. For this I need a new hosting service (with a lot of web space).
This web space / hosting service provider should offer a full package including Mail+Ftp server.

Are there any web pages which help users to find out the "best" web space provider / hosting service ?
Criteria should be price, reliablity, amount of space, OS, offered features,...

In other words are there any rankings resp. comparison charts?
