Hello,
Q47: I cannot find the SMTP Snap-In in IIS Manager. How do I get it back?
This is a known issue, and should be fixed in Service Pack 1 for Windows
Server 2003. To fix it, follow these steps:
a.. Click Start, then Run and type cmd and press ENTER.
b.. Type regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\smtpsnap.dll (if Windows
Server 2003 is not installed to that directory, change the path above).
