Looking for sites with Web TV

Saw some sites with a streaming 24 hour TV, couple inches high
works fine on a modem, followed it to the PHP webtv V1.1 or something
but can't find it anymore.

Any sites still using a web tv, the only channel that worked was Bloomberg,
you can still watch that at their site but the support staff are not ... honed in.
