Plain, fast and to the point Wink

Personally, think you should lose the Java Ticker tho.

Looks nice. I think I would put some color in or around the tables in the
center just to bring them out just a bit. They kind of get lost in the
white on white.

Yeah looks great. well done.

Is that gentle enough for you? Or do you want the truth?

I advise a little research into the matter of using tables for layout
(yes I know an editor made it for you).

Very plain (for better or worse). I see no theme/branding carried
across elements. The animated banner annoys the hell out of me. Having
a counter screams amateur.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Your website says ....."Designed for Internet Explorer @ 1024x768"

Even at that size you still require to use the horizontal scroll bar :~(

It's a nightmare at 800x600. (40% of all users)<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Tables for layout are a nuisance - look:

<TR VALIGN=TOP ALIGN=LEFT>
<TD></TD>
<TD WIDTH=513>
<TABLE ID="Table10" BORDER=0 CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0
WIDTH="100%">
<TR>
<TD WIDTH=513>
<P> </P>
</TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>
</TD>
</TR>

The inline styles would be better served up from one of your external
stylesheet files.

Using pt/px units makes it impossible for IE users to resize your text.

The inline links are subtly disguised, you may wish to make it bloody
obvious which elements are links

Text nav at the foot of the page is unnecessary.

Looks good to me in 800X600 IE6 BUT one little thing - Your big links on
some pages are not clear and it took a sec to wake up to them. Example on
the sign up page I did not realize the Sign-up heading was the link. Needs a
'click here' or something.
I like the rates best assuming Canadian dollars.
