After doing the review below, it is very good to see that you spell out
what your site is about and how to use it!
You need to put titles (<title>Groovy toons</title>) on your pages.
Your links down the right are producing "not found" errors.

Ordinary visitors don't usualy care about reporting errors of any kind
on the sites they visit. You could offer a price of some sort to
anyone who find and report errors.

In additon to an annoying flaw of setting the table width to 800 pixels,
forgetting the fact that scrollbars take 25 to 50 pixels. On an 800x600
monitor you end up having to scroll right, ever so slightly, to get the whole
table.

checking tool. Easy to check all pages on a whole site.

o Design width is fixed
Guestbook is clearly displaying your correspondent's email addresses - it
might be friendly to use a form-to-mail script. The white on grey would be
easier to read if the text was larger.
having said that - I like the site.

like Dreamweaver, I always code my HTML by hand.

Thank you William for the comments. I might change the guestbook as
suggested, I have ASPEmail on the server so I could use that I guess. Can
you enlighten me as to the reasons why it's bad to display visitors' email
addresses? I can think of two:
1) Privacy for the visitors, 2) Spambots trawling web pages will spam those
visitors.
You may notice that I've selfishly protected my own email address on the
site (or tried to) but left GB-signers to fend for themselves!!
