Dinosaurs and CG... how can you go wrong? Wink It helps the the CG chars
actually *look* good, instead of the mounds of no-texture sludge that
popped up when CG went big a few years ago. Like William, I think Tommy is
also my fave. I guess there's just something about a stegosaur in
overalls...

About the design, it's typical Dreamweaver. That about says it all around
here, usually.

You might want to take a look at this error though:

The images along the bottom are overlapping the email form. I was using
the Opera 7.11 browser when I took this shot and adjusting the veiwport
size didn't affect the overlap.

A nice simple site, good thing it isn't blue, eh? Wink

I'll ask the kids later what they think, but in the meantime:

font size is way too small even for bright shiny young 'uns

and on a more grown up note:
o There is no excuse for a new page to fail validation in 2003

research: w3c html validator

o You have nothing on your site that needs (much less justifies) employing
tables for presentation.

research: tableless layout

o There's a lot of empty green space

research: any size design.

Finally: groovy characters - I think Tommy is my favourite. I definately
*need* one of them on my site ;o)

The layout is somewhat broken in Opera 7.11 :

You also need a privacy statement on your site stating what you will and
will not do with the information, as well as a note saying that subscribers
under (13 ? ) years of age need their parents permission to subscribe to
the list.

With IE 6, a visitor cannot resize the text as you have it hardcoded to
10px.

With MozillaFirebird, I can resize it (this browser is not broken) and
when I do, your design falls apart.

Lose any "font-size" settings in your dino.css except perhaps the footer,
and make that font-size: 90%

h3 could be set at 130% or so, but certainly not the same as your body
text.

Nice graphics

I would change the font size so kids can read it easier

The subscribe button has a little white box around it that extends into the
green border

Lime green..... BRIGHT (works well though)

It does not look inviting, I don't feel the desire to explore. Kids may get
bored.

Some of the HTML is invalid

Does not display correctly in Opera
