Military as in military. I see that dim shade of green and I think
military. They just don't seem to go with an environmental site which
should be bright, vibrant and lively. Of course, my eyes are not your
eyes.

Here we go then:
1. The lighter green of the title bar extends past the border, making it
look like it's leaking out.
2. The space you give the title "The Environment Site.org" is overlarge and
completely for a simple text title.
3. The "Sitemap, Sponsors..." etc links and the search box could easily be
moved up into the empty space of the title box. Shrink the "// Home / The
Environment Site.org" and place it under the title. You noe have 50-70
pixels more vertical viewing space.
4. Lack of some type of border around the "Environment News" column does
not define it well enough. This is especially set off because you use a
plethora of borders on the column to the right.
5. In the right side column... I know what time it is, you don't need to
tell me. And in fact, the longer I leave your site open, the more it is in
error.
6. The brown "Latest..." titles do not fill the entire column, making it
look like your CSS is in error.
7. The borders of the two right side content boxes are not the same width.
Also bad styling.
8. In the "Latest Eco-tips" content box, bad planning of tabular content
makes this box at least a third higher than it needs to be. The left
column of this content box (the side with the titles like "Taps" and
"Screensavers") looks decidedly empty. I suggest putting the titles in
bold, and then just putting the "tip" underneath.
9. Also in this content box, all of the "tips" are cut off with ellipses
(...) and there isn't a clear link to where the rest of the text is.
10. Your links are in a smaller font than the surrounding text. I find
this annoying, but YMMV.
11. What is the purpose of the doormouse? You should supply a caption to
this picture to give it some relevance. Otherwise it's superfluous.
12. Skip the <ul> of "Click to Donate, Shop to Donate..." etc since you
list them right away underneath and in the drop down menu. There's another
150 pixels of vertical space freed up.
13. Does it matter who posted the "Latest Forum topics"? Drop all the
"Admin"s from that box.
14. As mentioned before, the right column unbalances the entire site since
it bears no relation to the left column. Where one is separated from the
main content box, the other is attached; where one has no borders, the
other is overflowing with them in all different styles; where one has a
normal sized font for its title, the other has a smaller bold font with
strange border-styles.
I haven't even left the front page yet... shall I go on?
