Initial thoughts:

(a) There are a lot of images with no alternative text specified,
meaning:
(i) Loss of information for non-graphical browser users
(ii) navigation problems (if the image is a link) to assistive
technology (AT) users.
(b) The menus won't work if javascript is turned off -- need, therefore,
to provide alternative navigation
(c) Mark up the data tables to show the headers (e.g. <th>) for the
benefit of AT users navigating within the tables.
(d) The home page uses tables for lay-out and, in this case, has
linearization problems -- giving problems for AT users. i.e. things get
presented to the UAs out of sequence.

regards.

You are using far too much space at the top of your homepage for your header
image and banner. It was a third of my browser window.

Your navigation menu with slide-outs, or whatever they are called, is cheesy
and completely unnecessary.

Your colour scheme is all over the place, it lacks identity. You use
different logos on subsequent pages!! This causes confusion.

Ditch all the little ads, amazon, alexa etc etc. They only serve to
distract.

You MUST make things clean and simple, no distractions or confusion! Your
average surfer won't hang around for long, you have to catch them quickly,
particularly in a thouroughly saturated market like hosting.

I would make the logo link to the homepage.

Oh well, that's three people who are going to have a problem.

The other 99 million will just have to soldier on.

I can think of Stevie Wonder and Stephen Hawking. Who's the third guy?

My mistake, should be two people.

Tell me more.

To my (ageing) eyes there's no <!doctype> on -- for example -- the home
page. If the w3c validator guesses at HTML 4.01 Transitional it
generates 20 errors.

Thanks for dignifying my post Jake.

If I can read it in my browser, it's valid, which it was, and which it will
be for every browser, unless you can tell me which browsers that can't
currently interpret it, will be able to after "validating" it to your
suggested standard.
