Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

Hi,

isn´t there a tool that can show me all vhosts that are actually
served with an (unknown) apache install?

I know, that I could look through the config files, but I need
something very fast that helps me check with one glance, which vhosts
are actually working an which are not.

E.g. something like "apachectl showvhosts" with a machine readable
output would be great...

Any ideas?

Thanks for your attention!

Peter

on Apache 1.3.x is httpd -S, I think that httpd --help
should tell you which 'switch' is.

thanks, but I think this corresponds to some configuration setting in
your local config??? I get only "syntax ok" as a result to this
command... BTW I am oon a deban system, so it´s

"apache -t -D DUMP_VHOSTS"

here, but that seems to be the same binary...

What exactly happens on your system with that command???

Thanks!
