Want to set up photo restoration online shop - totally lost!

Hi,

As you can guess from the subject I am an ignoramus about e-commerce.
I have spent most of today searching in vain for a web design company
that can offer me the right package, but I don't want to spend a
ridiculously high amount of cash for features I will never need.

Basically, I would really love someone to advise me on where I should
be looking...

I want a small website for customers who need photographs restored,
maybe 10 pages max, with a paypal/nochex link for payments. Given the
nature of this business, the single key feature I am looking for is
some sort of ftp-based upload form facility, where customers can upload
their scanned photos with a message of what they would like done.

Most of the e-commerce web designs offer amazon-style shop listings and
shopping carts, and this is not the design I want, as I am not selling
a variety of products, just my service. The majority of the web pages
would be samples of my work.

Can anyone advise me on who could provide a cost-effective no-frills
solution for me?
