session expires randomly...

Hi all,

I am developing a web application in asp.net using c#.
The session seems to expire or gets killed randomly due to
which the user is forced to log-out even though he was
active.We are using IIS5.0 on a windows server.
We are also using COM+ server for a component.

Any idea why the session expires?
I have looked into the IIS settings and web.config
settings. All these seem to be fine and have 20 minutes as
the setting.

One thing which I see in the event log is that com+ logs
an event saying, "sesion timing out. tearing down the
session". But this does not coincide with the session
expiring.

Please tell me if any of you have any ideas. This is
happening only in deployment envirnment and not in the
development environment.
