w2k server i manage remotely using terminal services. i tried to install sp4 and tells me to cancel it as it cannot extract the files (access denied ?). i have permissions set to full for system\nt authority and the user i am logged in as. i cannot boot into safe mode remotely. now i can instal or uninstall anything. andinternet users cannot access the website, tho the machine is running, and the website under iis says it is running. somewhere during troubleshooting iis or services in the mmc i got stuck with this error message in the event log.
