Tom is right on. The MS solution is Application Center 2000. However, there are 3rd party solutions as he mentioned.

Have configured two IIS servers using Network Load Balancing, everything seems to be working normally on the NLB. Our problem is that our data is not
synced and as a result we are manually coping files from each web server to the next trying to keep them in sync.
