I think the method Jonathan suggested is very useful for your scenario. If
you haven't obtained an ip, you can also use some Dynamic DNS Systems to
make your IIS available in the internet. From my experience on this issue,
I'd suggest you can use the DNS2Go dynamic DNS system from DeerField.com.

You can also search the internet with the key word "Free dynamic DNS" to
find more dynamic DNS services.
