I need some explanation about server status: look at this page
http://whigclio.princeton.edu/server-status/

what does this text means??

CPU Usage: u13 s1.29 cu.09 cs.01 - .00247% CPU load
..038 requests/sec - 228 B/second - 5.9 kB/request
1 requests currently being processed, 9 idle servers

It seams cpu load is .00247%: is this an high value???? Which can be
considered an high value??

Thanks
Andrea
