You could try EverWatch Server Monitor... it's free and works well and you
can have multiple instances of the program running, (if you want to check
more then just one server just run EverWatch 2 times or more).
You can download it here: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.accusolve.biz/evwatch.html" target="_blank">http://www.accusolve.biz/evwatch.html</a>
If you really want to be sure your server is up and running (if you are
using ASP/Access Database) create a page that pulls information from a data
base and instead of pinging your server at: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.someplace.com/" target="_blank">http://www.someplace.com/</a> Ping
the ASP page instead and it will try to connect to the database if it fails
to respond then you will know that your ASP is not running even though your
regular HTML pages are working. ASP can Freeze up and you will never know
it unless you open a page that is connecting to a database.
