There are products like ISA server that can notify of any configured
attempts
But a quick, very incomplete way is to create your own 404.asp page and
configure IIS to use that page isntead of the standard static 404 and other
error pages page. Inside 404.asp you send mail to a specific email address
that logs everything like IP address, URL, parameters.
(hackers mostly try hidden pages and inject code in parameters when your
code is badly prepared and directly forms SQL statements using HTML
parameters for instance)
