Trying to run IIS and VPN from same Server

I have a windows 2003 server configured for VPN. It has been running
smoothly for several months. Recently I have added IIS 6.0 and an FTP
site to the same server. Once I got hte FTP site up and functioning
properly the VPN quit responding. Is there a known issue with having
VPN and IIS on the same server. I already have 2 NIC's in the server
for the VPN, would adding a third for IIS help.

Note that if you had provided details such as error messages, we may
have been able to point toward a solution instead of just answering
the questions you thought to ask.
