Cannot run FrontPage 2003 web on IIS6/Windows 2003 Server

Hello - I have a web page designed in FP2k3 with a forum and some forms,
running on an IIS6/Windows 2003 Server with SharePoint Services SP1.

Those forms want a page with FrontPage 2002 Extensions - I tried up and down
to setup a page but no soap. I applied the FrontPage 2002 updates and
security fixes. I only get SharePoint Central Administration where Add
Frontpage 2002 Extensions would be.

Going into SharePoint Central Adminstration, and selecting Extend or Update
Virtual Server, the default and the FP2003 web site are 5.0.2.5012. Trying
to run STSADM on the site bombs with "You must migrate the content from
this virtual server to a new virtual server extended with Windows SharePoint
Services."

Any light? This is driving me crazy.
