just looking at the site i have no clue what you are selling.
think about websites that you are in competition with and try to
objectivly compair your site to theirs. a well designed site, among
other things, inspires confidence and is easy to use.
i don't know what program you used to create your site, but the code
is a mess. i checked it in the latest versions of netscape and IE and
it looked the same in both. i have no idea what this site would do to
older browsers.
to achieve the visual effect i think you were going for i highly
recommend macromedia fireworks for creating your graphics and making
them web ready.
obviously my opinion of the site is not favorable but don't let that
discourage you. try to go for a cleaner design, feature some of what
you are selling on the front page, and keep the funky attitude... Smile

I agree with Marc it is hard to decide what you are selling.
the overall look of the page is hazey and the yellow text is difficult
to read for me and I have good eyesight, how would this look to
someone who has not.
I also agree with Marc that you should try using Macromedia Fireworks
for your graphics.
I have recently started using it and it is excellent.
