My IIS 5.0 server keeps restarting for some reason. There are no clues in
the event logs or the IIS logs. I installed the latest Hot Fix rollup and
that didn't help. The restarts have been more frequent in the last 2 weeks.
Where should I look next? Server is W2K SP3.
The Event log shows:
The IIS Admin Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3
time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 1 milliseconds:
Run the configured recovery program.
The World Wide Web Publishing Service service terminated unexpectedly. It
has done this 3 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0

IIS stop command received from user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. The logged data is
the status code.

This happens at random times. I thought maybe a particular Java Script
might be the problem but the URLs in the log prior to the restart are not
the same. This server hosts a Siebel 7.5.3.2 application.
Thanks in advance.
