How to receive money in internet?

I like the one that has affiliate programs built in. However I prefer
a processor that actively pursue spamming and fraudulent affiliates
rather than use that as justification to snatch my money.

If one of my affiliate spam that is not within my controll. Of course
I'll kick him out before that'll happen but I may not be fast enough.

Which one is good? ccbill, ibill, or clickbank?

I am in Indonesia. Is there a way to get every purchase delivered to
my Indonesian account? What should I do?
