I wont put chat on my web site so I download if from net but when I put it
and tray use it I got message: No server. what to do?

IRC, PHP, or javachat?
If IRC, you need a server capable of handling it.
If PHP, your host has to have php installed to make it work.
javachat should work without any problems.

I need need need a chat script! - chatty.net is flop central, no suprise you need 1000 hits a day to start a chat room. I've got 7,000 hits a day from a music site coming my way, the problem is only 1% of people type in a nic and click chat. That's 70 people in the chat room over 24..

chat = frames ? - Greetings one and all. The earlier post about chat scripts got me thinking. All the samples/examples I have seen make use of either: o Dodgy environment stuff (Java/ActiveX etc.) o Frames Discounting the first option completely, anyone got a chat app....

Low-impact chat script? - I use "web chat" currently, but I am looking for something a little more: a) generic b) easier to modify c) less bandwidth intensive d) real-time Is some form of java chat my only option? Thanks. -frl
