I have Exchange 2003 (with IIS6 for OWA).

The 'Default Web Site', which is the only site gives me an error 'the
process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process'
when i try to start it. If I change the SSL port from 443 to anything else
(say, 4430) it starts and works well.

If there is something else accessing port 443, how can I find it to REMOVE
it?

Thanks

beleive it or not i followed KBID:331062 paragraph: "known issues that occur
when running ISA server on windows 2003"
if delete using httpcfg, the 443 port connection and recreated it for my ip
