what is the probleme

Not always. Every great once in awhile Cpanel will return that error. The
official word I received from our distributor was that if the server that
Cpanel pings for licensing info (theirs, not ours) hiccups, it will show an
invalid license until it checks again.

However, you'll want to contact your host to report the problem...just in
case it is a problem on their end.

No.
It means they have lost communicaton with the licensing server and not
received the new licence file.
