premade osCommerce templates?

Considering my strengths are in other areas, I am wondering if I should just
buy a template that I can base my site design after. I went to
http://www.Algozone.com and saw what they have, but it's not quite what I
had in mind. I hope to find other template providers, and was wondering if
anyone here had advice on that or knows of one or more I can look to.

What I'm actually looking for is to integrate a shopping cart into an
existing website so that the viewer can browse informational pages, each of
which will allow the user to add any given item on that page to a shopping
cart. I wonder if I'm doing right in rying to use a shopping cart at all.
Would I do better to create a PayPal checkout link for each and every item?
This strikes me as a royal pain in the website.
