I'm looking to place ads on .Edu sites

I'm looking to place text ads on Edu sites. My question is this:

Where can I contact webmasters of all edu sites?

Is this possible?

This advertising campaign works on a mutual understanding as well as
placing on contextually relevant advertisments/ sponsors on edu sites.

Can anybody help in in this regard?

Get real! The Web is a vast, organic, unregulated environment. There
are no lists of "all" anything.

I guess you could search Google for "banner exchange" +Education, that
will give you lots of free opportunities.

Or on the off-chance that you're a business, try Fastclick, they offer
targeted advertising. (www.fastclick.com)
