Please help. How to fix this?

OS: Windows 2000 professional
Installed IIS 5.0, tried browsing Default Web Site.
But receive error message below:


The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach
and it cannot be displayed.

Hello,

This can happen if you have anonymous access enabled on the localstart.asp
file. Try to change it from within IIS Manager (right click the file, click
properties).

Have tried that KB more times than can be counted.
Still getting the same error.

Is is something to do with NTFS permissions?
Is there a list of NTFS permissions that would get IIS 5 to work?

what do you do ? with the kb ?
are login as local admin ?
