Certainly.
I was just thinking about you and my fellow webmasters in this regard.
For the hosts and designers it may not be as effective. I'm not sure how
many people go to ebay for such things.
Electrical goods on the other hand, are prime ebay material.
It's not an ad as such, it's simply a normal listing, in this case in the
real-estate category.
Being mindful of ebay's rules where you actually have to offer something
for sale, I have offered a voucher for sale, with relevant links to my
site.
Having said that, I had a bit of a squiz at ebay before I placed the
listing. There seems to be a few blatant ads, which have not been taken
down.
I would strongly recommend you get the featured-plus listing (or whatever
it's called) which keeps your ad at the top half of the search and browse
results.
Equally I would recommend a good picture which you can make out at a
small resolution, to include in the gallery view.
What you could do is select just one of your products and list it for
sale. (Alternatively a voucher may be worth a try).
To stay within ebay's rules, you can't make it a blatant ad for your
site, but you can show a link for "full specifications" etc.
In your case I would make it a ten-day listing. You don't want to sell
it, but display it for the maximum time!
I used ebay.com for maximum exposure. If you ship worldwide, that's
where I would put it. I was able to sign on to the .com site using my
..co.uk credentials.
In the case of my ad, it is displayed for 30 days because it is real-
estate, not cheap of course at $170. But for non real-estate stuff, it's
a fraction of this cost.
This is my listing out of interest:

Give it a try!
