I took the time to take a look at the first service on your list:

What troubled me was that you don't get a clue where they are and you don't
see one person's name on the site. Looking at the user agreement we find
"governed by the laws of the State of Virginia and the United States", but
that's about all they'll let you know.
I then did a whois on epaydirect.net and the registrant is "MARROC
CORPORATION" actually located in Virginia. Now go and visit
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.marroc.com/" target="_blank">http://www.marroc.com/</a> and you get an idea. I especially liked what's behind
the "Zap-Blaster!" link. If only my eyes would stop bleeding...
